Returns

In the unlikely event you need to return your item to us please read the following:

To obtain a Returns Authorisation number (RMA) please call our shop on 01423 538138. Please note - Once you have been issued with a RMA you must return the goods to us within 7 days, failure to do this will result in the returns reference being cancelled.

Once you have your RMA number, you can return the item to us in one of the following ways:

Return the goods, your proof of purchase with your RMA (please write this clearly on the outside of the packaging) number to the following address. Please also include a copy of your invoice with your return and again, please write your RMA number on this copy invoice to the following address:

Come to our shop. 6 Beulah St, Harrogate, HG1 1QQ you will not need a RMA.

You must take full care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit otherwise this will affect you obtaining a refund.

Once you have notified us that you are returning your order and we have received the goods back undamaged, unopened and unused you will be refunded or credited within a maximum of 28 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your payment card for the goods.

You do not have the right to cancel your order has been personalised in any way, contains computer software which has been unsealed by you, or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, save where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods. If the item has been registered with the manufdacturer we are unable to refund this
